Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only if:

·       The item is damaged or defective on arrival

·       The wrong item was delivered

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Items damaged due to misuse

·       Items returned after use

·       Items returned after the reporting window

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed via:

·       Bank Card, or

·       Store credit

·       Mobile Money

Refund processing may take 3–7 weeks.
